Please document any noticeable damage to shipping carton(s) before signing for shipment. All damage claims must be submitted with photographs within 48 hours.

Dispute: Any dispute regarding this invoice shall be arbitrated in Orlando, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and the laws of the State of Florida. Customer shall pay all arbitration and court costs, reasonable legal fees and expenses, plus legal interest on any award or judgment, plus any and all expenses incurred in pursuit of this claim.
