Shipping Information
We are proud to offer free shipping in the Continental United States on any order of $100 or more. We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 business days after they are placed. If you have any questions about your shipped order, feel free to contact us by email (info@xformerz.com) or by phone Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm PST.
When using our "Economy" shipping service, we will use FedEx Ground/SmartPost or USPS First Class/Priority Mail to ship your items. Most expedited orders are shipped via FedEx 2-Day express.
Express orders placed before 12 pm PST will likely get shipped out that same business day. Orders placed after that will likely be shipped the next business day.
International Orders
We are proud to ship all over the world. The customer is responsible for all import duties & taxes when the receiving address is outside of the United States. We typically ship international orders via FedEx and FedEx will most often serve as the broker upon receiving the item. Each country has unique regulations and rules.
